Michelle really went above and beyond for me. I was able to call or text her anytime of the day, and she would promptly reply. She fully respected my budget, and worked with us to find the perfect home. I never felt lost or helpless because Michelle was there every step of the way. She never pressured me into a purchase they she knew wouldn't be wise or would not fit my goals. Overall, Michelle made the process of buying my first home enjoyable and simple. We met with Michelle who came in with a clear plan, and within days, we had pictures and were on the market. The first weekend on the market we received an offer we accepted. Michelle was very detail oriented which we loved. We had a clear understanding on what would happen as we prepared for settlement. Settlement occurred within 30 days of accepting our offer! She tirelessly assisted us in locating our new property. She was very honest in pointing out certain things that one might overlook when considering a property to buy. We are very happy with the house we bought. Then when it came time to sell our other house, Michelle quickly put on the sellers hat and helped us get our house ready for market.
